Diabetes is serious. If poorly controlled it can lead to heart disease, nerve damage, loss of limbs, blindness and even death.
We share the goals of Diabetes Partnership of Cleveland: to help people with diabetes to live a full, healthy life and avoid or delay the devastating complications that can result from poorly controlled diabetes.
Every dollar you raise stays right here in Northeast Ohio so those affected by diabetes receive the life-long support they need from Diabetes Partnership of Cleveland so they can "live well" with the disease.
Diabetes Partnership of Cleveland is here as your partner in managing diabetes throughout your life. Services include diabetes education and support programs and Camp Ho Mita Koda for children with diabetes.
